What makes people succeed (or fail) has been a puzzle, the province of speculation and conjecture.
Whether it’s success in executive leadership, management, disruptive innovation, engineering, sales or any other domain, occupational, educational and professional success has been a black box not amenable to decipherment.
Firms and consultants have attempted to solve this conundrum (using various, exclusionary signals), but these attempts have been unsatisfactory, non-scalable, and highly localized (as they cannot be applied to any person, anywhere).
We decided to decode the makeup of success. This will enable firms and schools to discover and connect with the most fitting talent, while people can discover and match with the most suitable professional opportunities.
