I was pretty lucky to go to a fairly good, well-resourced junior high and high school back in Israel, but the single, most critical thing I didn't have was career guidance that would effectively support planning and preparation for my educational and professional future, including picking the right path and navigating the various choices—most importantly, the choices and paths I didn't even know existed.

Any quality career planning resources would have been invaluable. And I can only imagine the situation for other folks studying at less well-resourced schools around the world.

This is not just about a job, it's about realizing my own potential, about reaching economic security, finding purpose, building identity, and contributing to my community; it even goes beyond as it future-shapes the economic growth of a country and the well-being of its people.

Without question, people’s potential is the most valuable personal economic asset. But people need help and support (a lot of it!) if we want them to develop their true potential to its maximal economic and personal value.

I share this story because it's why I am extremely excited about our upcoming release of the next-generation KnackApp platform.

The upcoming release is a game-changer for people everywhere. And a game-changer for families, communities, and businesses everywhere. It's like nothing else you've seen before. And it's going to empower people, everywhere and from any socioeconomic background, to discover their hidden talents, to “see and understand” their "personal assets", to connect with learning and work opportunities, to grow and achieve, to get role model advice and mentorship, and to realize their full career and life potential.

I really believe it's a game-changer, and I can't imagine a better way where you, too, could help your family, friends, students, trainees, employees, and community members discover and realize their potential. It's the best thing you can do for them.
